Safety and Usage

Our Lux Diffuser can be used for ongoing & multiple uses, paired with our fragrance pods that require changing every couple of months or when close to empty.

Instructions for use

  • Remove the Fragrance Pod cap and inner white ring around the diffuser ring.
  • Take care not to spill contents- clean surfaces immediately if any spillage.
  • Insert the Fragrance Pod into the diffuser base, making sure it clicks firmly into place. It is important to always keep the diffuser in the upright position to avoid spillage
  • The plug-in diffuser is designed for multiple refills
  • Fragrance pods are designed for one-off use and are to be discarded in the rubbish bin after use. 
  • Every few weeks, you need to clean your diffuser as the oil builds up inside and the top of the diffuser. Use a cotton bud and wipe/tissue to clean your diffuser
  • Before replacing your fragrance pod, clean out with a cotton bud and wipe with a  wipe/tissue.
  • Replace the fragrance pod before all the fragrance oil dries up.
  • Do not let your Fragrance pod run dry or keep it plugged in.

Warning/Safety information

  • For safe use, plug only into a properly functioning wall electric socket where it is well ventilated and not covered.
  • Do not use with an extension cord, or extension board.
  • Keep upright at all times.
  • Do not immerse in water.
  • Do not place the diffuser directly beneath cupboards, shelves, or any enclosed overhead space.
  • The continuous mist release may cause moisture build-up or surface damage if used too close to cabinetry or other materials.
  • This product is designed for open, well-ventilated areas to allow for proper scent diffusion and safe operation.
  • Allow the diffuser to cool down when switched off, as it may be hot.
  • Some liquids can be flammable- do not light the reed.
  • Do not ingest- call the poisons line 13 11 26 or seek medical attention as soon as possible.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • People who have perfume/fragrance sensitivities and allergies should be cautious when using this product.
  • Some fragrances may contain nut-scented oils.
  • Refer to each fragrance's specific information listed on the website for all ingredients and the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
  • Turn off and unplug the diffuser before the pod completely dries out.
  • Do not touch the fragrance reed, if you do, wash your hands with warm, soapy water.
