How long does each Fragrance Pod last?
We estimate the Fragrance Pods to last up to around 1500 hours, whilst being used continuously. Depending on which room your diffuser is located, the temperature and air flow conditions, it may last longer or less depedning on the environment the fragrance pod is in and also the scent itself eg Higher citurs based scents can diffuse quicker
What are top notes, middle notes, and base notes?
- Top notes are the first part of the fragrance you can smell. Think when you first take the lid off the Fragrance Pod.
- Middle notes also known as heart notes, is the smell, which is layered in the middle of the fragrance, think of the smell once you have plugged in your plug in diffuser and fragrance pod after approximately 30 minutes.
- Lastly, base notes. Base notes are the scent that linger.
Can airflow and temperature affect the diffuser and fragrance
Yes it can. Different temperatures can affect how we smell fragrances and can decrease or increase the intensity of the fragrance. Higher air flows eg ducted heating, fans, air conditioners, windows open can affect the intensity of how you smell the fragrance .
Why can't I smell my diffuser anymore
If you can’t smell your diffuser or perfume or other scenting products anymore, there’s a real scientific explanation for it—Olfactory fatigue. As our brains are exposed to a scent for an extended period, they tend to ignore the familiar smell to avoid sensory overload.
To maintain a wonderfully fragrant home and continue enjoying your favorite perfume or cologne, try alternating fragrances. One of the best ways to keep a pleasant scent in your home that you can continuously smell is to change your fragrances every month.
Other causes are higher air flow rooms/areas, temperature. Check your fragrance pod in case it needs replacing.

Where can I place my 24/7 lux diffuser
For best results and safe use, always plug your 24/7 Lux Diffuser into an open wall socket with clear space around and above it. This allows the fragrance to disperse properly and scent your space evenly.
Do not place your diffuser:
• Under overhead cupboards or cabinetry
• Beneath shelves or enclosed spaces
• Directly under benchtops or furniture
• Behind doors, curtains, or hidden areas
Our fragrance pods contain undiluted, premium oils. When in use, fragrance particles disperse into the air and may settle on nearby surfaces if placed too close, which can potentially cause residue or damage over time.
For best performance, place in open, ventilated areas such as living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms.
Luxury that never sleeps.
