Stacey Jane the Label - Fragrance Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Stacey Jane the Label! We are dedicated to providing high-quality fragrances for your home or office. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. Please review our Fragrance Returns and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for fragrance items that meet the following criteria: - The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. - The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Return Process: Refunds will not be processed for change of mind. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support:

Reach out to our customer support team at orders@staceyjanethelabel.com.au or via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Receive Return Authorisation:

Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions.

c. Package Your Items:

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.

d. Ship Your Return:

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:

• If the item meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
• If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss available options.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for fragrances. If you wish to exchange a fragrance, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Warranty on our Lux Diffuser-

3-Month Limited Warranty – Stacey Jane The Label

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your home fragrance experience with confidence.

Your 24/7 Lux Plug-In Diffuser is covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your diffuser develops a fault within this 3-month period, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund — at our discretion — in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, tampering, or use other than as intended.

Australian Consumer Law Notice:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video if applicable. We will require the diffuser to be sent back for inspection under our warranty policy.

7. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Changes to the Policy: Stacey Jane the Label reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website www.staceyjanethelabel.com.au.
